(I didn't find an appropriate place to ask about this in Portuguese)

I bought the ticket today, thinking it was 63 euros, I wanted to buy it now and save 10 euros. 63 euros is around 85 dollars, as opposed to 73 which would end up being nearly 100 dollars. Even though 15 dollars doesn't seem like a lot, it's something... I was charged 100 dollars for the ticket! There was no warning online telling me that there would be such a great cost for the conversion. Otherwise I would've waited until I got to Portugal to buy the ticket. I'm pretty pissed off about it, I really think there should be something on the "Buy Tickets" page to convert the 63/73 euros to different types of currencies, especially British pounds. Not only people in the Euro zone want to go to the Festival. And being from Coura, I'm really disappointed, I feel like I was ripped off by my own people.

The conversion 63 EUROS to 100 USD was not made by us but instead made by your bank in USA.

The VISA system just send an order to your bank to buy the ticket but its your bank that makes the conversion. We don't have any action in that process.

You should ask your bank why was so expensive.
